  • 27 South Brewing

    27 South Brewing is another Brissy based brewery joining the BrewFest lineup for 2024!

    We’re just a couple of wandering gypsies, roaming the 27th parallel south, bobbing up in your favourite haunts, collaborating with friends, and brewing up thoughtful new libations that leave you wanting more.

    You can excpet the lads from 27 South to bring a blend of tropical ales to unique favourites such as the Red IPA, known as Fireside!

    Cane Cutters represents the story of the Aussie battler. In times of uncertainty and hardship great ideas happen.

    When the price of sugar and urban development encroached on cane land, our sugar mill ended crushing operations. We struggled to keep going. But this is when great ideas are “brewed”.

    For us it was the creation of a perfect beer that represents the taste and essence of Australia. Cane Cutters has perfected our lager beers by making it an easy drinking, sessionable beer, with freshly pressed sugar cane added during fermentation to boost the alcohol content.

    Coolum Beach welcomed a local born and bred brewery in November 2023 with the Launch of Coolum Beer Company !

    With Ten delicious brews and a rotating lineup that will leave you wanting more like a refreshing Beach Days session ale that has a hoppy taste that's perfect for Beach Days. There medium-bodied Vienna Lager is gorgeous amber colour with a beautiful malt body, whilst their Sun Lounge Pilsner is a crisp lager with balanced bitterness that’s perfect for the Sunny coast climate. Last but not least, their easy-drinking draught that will pleasure every palate.

    Coolum Beer Co promises an authentic and relaxed experience for local and visitors alike, with a great atmosphere and family-friendly service.

    BrewFest Noosa marks Coolum Beer Co's second outing to major beer events and their first after their official launch to market in late 2023.

  • Crimson Finch Brewing

    Gathered with friends for a casual 'kit and kilo' session, the conversation turned to enzymes, mashing, and micro-brewing, igniting a passion within Carl Legros, Head Brewer & Co-Founder of Crimson Finch.

    Prompted by this spark, he immersed himself in literature, particularly John Palmer's 'How to Brew'. Despite grasping only 30%, Carl embarked on brewing his favorite beer, an IPA. Initially, his enthusiasm surpassed the result, leading to a harsh first brew. Undeterred, Carl pursued further education, achieving success with his Munich Dunkel at the Queensland Amateur Brewing Championship. This triumph fueled his ambition to brew commercially, culminating in the birth of Crimson Finch. Joined by partners Wayne, Grant, Laureth, and Tanya, Carl aims to share quality craft beer and create lasting memories in communities. Dedicated to excellence, Crimson Finch prioritizes the finest ingredients to craft exceptional beers for all to savor responsibly.

  • Diablo Ginger Beer

    Established in 2017 on the Sunshine Coast of Queensland, Diablo Co began as a passion project for local venue owner, Dimitris Limnatitis. Experiencing firsthand the abundance of craft beers flooding the hospitality scene, Dimi spotted a gap in the market for a sessional beer alternative.

    Producing a portfolio of products that supports Australian farmers and creates job for Australians is something we are proud of and that drives us to share our products with venues Australia-wide.

    An alternative to beer that was 100 percent locally produced, gluten-free, and satisfyingly suitable for Queensland’s balmy climate.

    Earth Brewing Co started with a working avocado farm overlooking Mt. Warning, an old tin packing shed and a vision forged in the red earth of the Tweed Valley.

  • Eco Brewing Noosa

    In the taste of beer, the one ingredient that shouldn’t make any difference is the one that really does “it’s the water”.

    We source our water from the Cooloola Sandmass Sub-Artesian basin, this water filters through sand and gravel for over 75 years before reaching us. Our water is blended with the finest high gravity wort, the best yeast and hops from around the world to create a 100% natural beer, free of preservatives, additives or flavours.

    The result is fresh world class beer brewed right on site at the Habitat Noosa venue.

    Eco Brewing will be joining us in Noosa with their eco-conscious brewed beers.

    Fellr was born from the laidback coast of Australia. Where the people are as thirsty as the region they inhabit. They measure their life from the company they keep, chasing moments of pure stoke. Fellr thought this was worth canning!

    What makes FELLR unique is their new, custom developed, brewing method which results in a clear and refreshing alcohol base with more depth of flavour and a fuller mouth feel than traditional white spirits.

    Blending this base with sparkling water and a hint of natural fruit flavors for a delicious, light beverage that has next to no sugar and only 25 calories per 100ml!

  • Harcourt Valley

    Another newcomer to BrewFest in 2024. Harcourt Valley are often known for their wine making abilities but after a number of years finishing a tough day on the farm, the lads would enjoy a beer or two to wind up. Before long, they decided to craft their own range of beer and came up with an American style Pale Ale known as ‘Sightings”.

    From here, the creativity flowed and before long the Ginger Kid Ginger Beer was produced. A crisp, clean and full of strong ginger beer flavour.

    We are excited to see people enjoying the Harcourt range and indulging in one of the more unique ginger beers on the market fermented with honey.

    Jarrah Boy encapsulates all the things we are passionate about – Australian native ingredients, great beer, and celebrating Indigenous excellence.

    It’s time for an all-Australian beer that showcases the unique native ingredients that our amazing country has to offer. Every Jarrah Boy beer features native bush food ingredients, grown on Country by Indigenous farmers and harvesters.

    Dale Vocale is a proud Monero Ngarigo man from Orbost in East Gippsland, Victoria, but now calls Kabi Kabi Country (Sunshine Coast) home. His journey began as a chef, where his connection to Country influenced his uniquely Australian dishes.

    Inspired by his beloved Nannagars, who loved a beer and a yarn with her mates after working picking crops in the fields of East Gippsland, Jarrah Boy brings together Dale’s love for showcasing native bush food flavours, with his passion for sharing a beer.

  • Sea Legs Brewing

    The name ‘Sea Legs’ originated as a nickname for one of our Founders after a few too many DIPAs. You get the gist! Little did Jon, our Head Brewer, know at the time it would wind up having a much more profound meaning, becoming a metaphor for a massive life shift and finding his footing once again. It’s a place many of us have arrived at, a junction of finding a balance between using your knowledge and doing something you are passionate about and that makes you truly happy.

    Brewing quality beer for the local community has been the biggest drive for Sea Legs after opening in Kangaroo Point in 2018. Since then the community has grown much further and evolved into a like-minded group of beer-lovers, enthusiasts and all-round great people.

    Hailing from South of the border is newcomer to BrewFest, Seven Mile Brewing Co!

    This is a family-owned and operated business located in sunny Ballina with a sincere and passionate focus on local produce, and the local community.

    If you’re looking for craft beer near Byron Bay Seven Mile are located 25 minutes down the highway.

    Seven Mile Launched with three core range beers, though this number will grow over time to accommodate six or more styles. They will also have seasonal beer releases, many of which we hope to taste in Noosa this coming March.

  • Yullis Brews

    Crafted over a felafel roll working lunch, Harvey, James & Karl Cooney came up with the Yullis Brews concept in September 2014.

    After many years working at craft beer venue Yulli's Restaurant in Surry Hills, Sydney, James and Karl sought to brew beer that could both stand alone in your every day pub and also accompany food in a fine dining experience.

    Like a good dish, each beer has a focus on balance; with malt bills and hop regimes dedicated to this goal. Despite this dedication to the craft, James and Karl's ultimate goal is to produce beer that a bunch of friends or strangers can sit around, laugh and enjoy together!
