WHO DO I CONTACT REGARDING TICKETING?

All ticketing is via Humanitix. You can view all our ticketing options via the BrewFest website or click > HERE <

HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY TICKETS?

Tickets will be immediately emailed to the nominated email address you entered from your booking. Have your e-ticket printed or visible on your phone when entering the event to receive your wristband. 


ARE CHILDREN FREE? 

Under 18’s may enter free of charge. 

I HAVEN’T RECEIVED MY TICKET, WHAT DO I DO? 

In the first instance, check your spam/junk folder. If you require your ticket to be resent, please contact Humanitix customer support on orders@humanitix.com 

I CAN NO LONGER ATTEND THE EVENT, WHAT ARE MY OPTIONS?

If an event has been postponed and you can no longer attend you are eligible for a full refund. Ticketholders will be informed on how to proceed via email.

Australian Consumer Law does not require a refund or other remedy to be provided to ticketholders if they cannot attend an event because a government directive requires them to self-isolate, for example, because they have contracted COVID-19 or are a close contact.

If you can no longer attend due to other reasons (including a COVID-related directive requiring your to self-isolate), you may not be eligible for a refund. 

WHAT INFORMATION CAN YOU GIVE ME ABOUT REFUNDS?

As per the Terms and Conditions and the Live Performance Australia Industry Code, we are unable to issue refunds unless the event is postponed/cancelled due to weather or changes to COVID protocols as guided by the Queensland Government.

CAN I BUY A TICKET ON THE DAY?

Yes. Entry will be granted up to 7:30pm. Tickets can be bought online by scanning the QR code at the front gates.  

WHAT DOES MY TICKET INCLUDE? 

BrewFest has General Admission tickets only for Adults, Youth (15-17) and Children 15 and under.

CAN I BRING MY OWN FOOD & BEVERAGES INTO THE FESTIVAL? 

No. This is a strictly non-BYO event. We will have a wide range of food trucks available as well as more than 20 craft breweries from around Australia. 

Ticket holders are welcome to bring their own (empty) water bottles to be cleared via security on your way into the venue. We have plenty of refill stations available.

WHAT’S INCLUDED IN THE VIP TICKETS?

There is no VIP packages available. All attendees are VIPs in our eyes!

DO PENSION/SENIOR CARD HOLDERS GET A DISCOUNT?

Due to the limited number of tickets available, there are no discounts available. However, to secure the cheapest price we strongly recommend purchasing a ticket in the early release period. 

IS SPECIAL ASSISTANCE AVAILABLE? 

YES. The following is available to those with a disability requiring special assistance: 

  • Disabled Parking. There is ample disabled parking in the area. 

  • Accessability is all flat terrain.

IS THERE ANYTHING FOR MY KIDS TO DO? 

YES. Tickets include amusement and activities for children of all ages. 

WHERE IS BrewFest AND HOW DO I GET THERE?

BrewFest is located at Noosa Dolphins Rugby Club, directly behind Sunshine Beach State School. Approximately 30mins North of Maroochydore and 5mins South of Tewantin. 

There is ample parking in the area as well as regular public buses stopping along David Low Way. For bus information please visit > https://jp.translink.com.au/plan-your-journey/journey-planner 

WILL YOU HAVE BREWFEST MERCHANDISE AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE ON THE DAY? 

YES. We will have a very limited range of stock available.  

DO I NEED TO BRING A CARD OR CASH? 

The Festival offers both options. However, we do recommend paying by debit or credit card. 

DO I NEED TO WEAR A WRISTBAND? 

Wristbands are how we identify you and it therefore needs to remain on at all times. 

On entry to the festival, you will scan your e-ticket and be given a wristband. This wristband will act as your pass out and is proof of your ticket purchase. You must wear it at all times. 

Please note the wristband is not transferable, non-refundable and not replaceable - it becomes invalid if tampered with.

If you have exceptional circumstances for removing your wristband, you must organise a replacement with the event organisers. 

WHAT SHOULD I BRING? 

We recommend: 

  • Picnic rug 

  • Empty re-useable water bottle (there will be plenty of places to fill up)

  • Sun protection 

  • Your kids 

  • Photo ID

  • Medication - There will be first aid services available for emergencies, but bring any medications/treatments you might require. 

  • Wet weather gear. A little bit of rain never hurt anyone but its good to be prepared with a poncho or rain coat. 

  • Eftpos, credit and debit cards. The festival is cashless however we will accept some cash at food trucks & merch stores. 

  • Smiling faces - You’re at a fun event, SMILE :) 

WHAT SHOULD I LEAVE AT HOME? 

Do NOT bring these into the Festival. If you attempt to, our security staff will confiscate with a no return policy: 

  • Alcoholic beverages. If you are caught with alcohol brought in from outside the venue you will be escorted and not allowed to re-enter. 

  • Illicit Drugs. The same rules apply as above

  • Animals (excluding service animals)

  • Any item that may be used as a weapon 

  • Any item that may restrict viewing (i.e. pop-up gazebos, umbrellas etc)

  • Drones, camera tripods, professional cameras 

  • Pull wagons, trolleys, skateboards, rollerblades, bicycles etc. 

  • Food from your campsite (we have a dozen food trucks on site ready to feed your starving bellies)

  • Fireworks 

  • Large containers including eskies 

  • Laser lights 

  • Unauthorised advertising material or flyers 


    CAN I DRINK ALCOHOL AT BREWFEST?

There are more than 25 alcoholic beverage stands at BrewFest…short answer, Yes. 

You must be 18+ to enjoy an alcoholic beverage. Please ensure you bring valid identification along in the form of a drivers license, passport or proof of age card. 

WILL FIRST AID BE AVAILABLE? 

First Aid will be available within the festival site. 

IS PARKING AVAILABLE ON SITE? 

There is ample parking in Coolum Beach. We recommend catching the public bus or organising a taxi or rideshare getting to and from the event. 

CAN I COME & GO FROM THE FESTIVAL?

NO. We don’t allow people to come and go from the event. Once you’re inside, you shouldnt have any reason to leave apart from your session ending or the event concluding.
